Catch the hottest trend!

The Champlain Valley Agency on Aging is holding its 2nd Annual Top Chef of the Champlain Valley to benefit CVAA's Meals on Wheels and Case Management Programs. Don't miss this gourmet tasting as David Hoene of Pauline’s Café, Connie Jacobs-Warden of Chow!Bella, and Sam Palmisano of Pulcinella’s compete to prove they have what it takes to be the Top Chef of the Champlain Valley.

With the rising cost of food and fuel this fundraiser is important to CVAA and the seniors we serve. Over 300,000 meals will be served next year.

Enjoy watching the competition, a gourmet tasting, a free wine & beer tasting, live music by Trinity, and a silent auction (including weekend getaways, items for your gourmet kitchen , cooking lessons, and autographed celebrity cookbooks including one from Paula Deen).

The Top Chef of the Champlain Valley will be featuring local culinary talents and use local food products. Sean Buchanan, Executive Chef for the Stowe Mountain Lodge and host of VPT's "Feast in the Making" will emcee and celebrity judges include Suzanne Podhaizer of "Seven Days", Carolyn Malcoun of "Eating Well Magazine" and Jozef Harrewyn of "Chef's Corner".

This is the high end food event of the Champlain Valley.
