Neighbor to Neighbor AmeriCorps Program

Neighbor to Neighbor Corps - AmericorpsLooking to make a difference? Become a CVAA Neighbor to Neighbor AmeriCorps Member.

Still trying to figure out what to do with your life?
We are currently looking for new AmeriCorps members for 2008/2009. Ideal for recent graduates or people between careers who want to gain valuable experience in social services, community development, and public relations. Term of service is 11 months starting Sept. 29, 2008. Full and part time positions are available. Call Bev at CVAA for more information.

People of all ages contribute through this program by:

  • Working directly with seniors
  • Recruiting volunteers to work with seniors
  • Designing programs that encourage seniors to make healthy life choices
